I’m pretty sure the The Taj Indian Restaurant on Baseline & Broadway offers kids under 5 eat free every night.

I just checked and The Taj does offer a Kids Eat Free for children under 5. Children 5 to 10 years old pay 50% of the regular price.

Louisville Inn no longer has the kids eat free promotion on Sundays. I just called them.
