Watch Laurie Live

The Boulder Theater wrote: These days critics widely acknowledge Laurie’s major contribution toward launching what is now dubbed the progressive “kindie rock” movement – that is, less saccharine, more rocking music that is not dumbed down for children.

  1. We like to build a huge “crash pad” of blankets and pillows in our living room, and run down the hallway from the kitchen to the living room onto the pad. We’ve been rocket ships, birds, flying fairies, you name it. Who knew a long narrow hallway would provide so much joy 🙂

  2. We love Laurie Berkner! It would be fun to see her live. When it is really cold out we love to bundle up extra extra warmly and go outside to open space and enjoy how quiet it is when the Boulder crowds are mostly indoors! watkinsjenna@hotmail.com

  3. We love to play family games…build puzzles and leggos! And, of course, this goes perfectly with home made cookies and/or hot chocolate!

  4. On really cold days, we tend to stay at home – both my kids love building elaborate forts out of comforters, sheets, pillows, and furniture. Lots of pretend play, art projects, baking, and puzzles. And hot chocolate! We love Laurie Berkner!

  5. Princess and pirate dress up imaginative play, playdoh playdoh playdoh, building blanket forts, baking and science projects, or movies in fuzzy Jammie’s snuggling on the floor! My daughter has loved Laurie since she was 18 months old!
